Online Store Product Refunds and Returns
Please note. Due to hygiene reasons, Elite Dental Lab (EDL) do not provide returns, exchanges or refunds on purchases as we are unable to monitor and review the circumstance of usage and hygienic handling on the purchaser end. Therefore you (the purchaser) are responsible for correct orders regarding sizing, colours and product quantity.
Refunds or credit account with EDL may be eligible for incorrect bank transactions. This is determined upon review. If you feel an incorrect transaction has been made on your statement please contact our accounts team on (07) 5596 5388 or email info@elitedentallab.com.au.
Shipping
Local Pick-up is available from Elite Dental Lab, 16/18 Nerang Broadbeach Rd. Nerang QLD 4211. Shipping is Flat Rate, express box or express small satchel shipping. Refunds are not provided on shipping fees.
Large or Bulk Orders
For orders involving multiple product or large bulk orders please contact our Lab directly on (07) 5596 5388 or email info@elitedentallab.com.au. We will calculate shipping based on your large order for you with our courier provider.
Payments
Upon purchase, payments can currently be made in two methods 1. Bank Transfer 2. PayPal. When selecting PayPal a screen will appear with PayPal link to allow for your purchase to proceed. Shipment of your product will be made once your payment has been received. When making your purchase, for our convenience please email through your banking or paypal receipt to info@elitedentallab.com.au.
If opting to pay via Bank Transfer you will also be provided Bank Details within an email receipt. Otherwise our banking details are below for reference:
